Bucs Get Big Win Over
The Des Moines Buccaneers were able to outlast the Waterloo Blackhawks tonight by a score of 5-3. The keeps the Bucs in first place in the Eastern Division and put them back in the win column. It was a back-and-forth game until the Bucs were able to pull away late in the third period. Kyle Bushee netted the first two goals for the Bucs. Colin Vock scored midway through the third period to put the Bucs up 3-2, but the Blackhawks answered quickly by a goal from Matt Arhontas to tie the game up at three.
