Mid-Term NHL Central Scouting Rankings Released

The National Hockey League’s Central Scouting Service has released their mid-term rankings list. Four Buccaneers made the list for the second year in a row. The USHL was represented well again this season with 29 players from the league making the list.
The top Buccaneer on the list is forward Ben Ryan (Brighton, MI), who comes in at 50th. Next on the list is forward Aaron Palushaj (Northville, MI) at 68th. Forward Michael Dorr (Roseville, MN) comes in at 153rd. Also, forward Travis Paeth (Muskegon, MI) is listed under limited viewing due to his knee injury he sustained early this season.
Ben Ryan is already committed to Notre Dame for next season. He currently has 34 points on eight goals and 26 assists this season. Aaron Palushaj is committed to the University of Michigan and is leading the Buccaneers in scoring with 37 points on 14 goals and 23 assists. Michael Dorr has committed to the University of Minnesota-Duluth and is currently playing for his high school team in Roseville, Minnesota and will rejoin the Buccaneers when his high school’s season has concluded. Dorr has played 12 games for the Bucs this season and has nine points on five goals and four assists. Travis Paeth suffered a season ending knee injury early in the season to only allow him to participate in 11 games this season, but he was able to tally seven points on two goals and five assists.
